About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Small Meeting Manager, where your organizational prowess and passion for events will shine! You'll be the mastermind behind seamless small meetings, diving into everything from budgeting to attendee management. You're Good At

  • Crafting detailed event plans and timelines while keeping everything organized.
  • Budgeting and managing supplier spend with diligence.
  • Building and managing Cvent registration sites like a pro.
  • Rocking day-to-day client interactions with professionalism and flair.
  • Juggling multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.

You Might Also Have

  • 1-3 years of experience managing small to mid-sized meetings.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Cvent.
  • An innate ability to problem-solve and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A flexible schedule and willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
  • You Should Know

  • This role requires proficiency in Cvent
  • This position is fully virtual, operating on Eastern Standard business hours
  • Up to 25% travel is required

    We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager is between $55,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
