Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator processes all incoming patients, monitors patient flow, answers telephone to company standards, and schedules / confirms patient appointments. The representative communicates between the patient and office to ensure all protocols are being followed and uses a strong working knowledge of medical terminology to address patient inquiries, solve problems, and promote services. Proficiency in the Spanish and English languages are required.
