Help Desk Technician

Part Time Help Desk Technician needed for a 2-3 year contract working onsite in San Diego, CA working 2 days per week for the first three months then changing to 4 days per week moving forward!

Our client is looking for Help Desk Technician to support clients' users. Tech will perform the following duties :

• Handle support calls, phone in support calls, deskside and walk in support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware.
• Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices.
• Support MS Office products, help users with Windows questions, password changes.
