Salary : $24.00-$25.00 / hr

Program Manager is responsible for coordination, implementation, and continuous supervision of all aspects of Fairmount Resource Center, staff, consumers, and programs.

Essential Job Duties

• Manage all personnel assigned
• Coordinate with HR on recruiting for program (Conduct initial orientation and ongoing educational and training programs)
• Conducts personnel evaluations in a timely manner.
• Provides input for and controls program budget.
• Maintains financial and other records.
• Intervenes in consumer crisis situations.
• Provides consumer counseling, as necessary.
• Conducts intakes on new program applicants.
• Consumer placement in appropriate settings.
• Maintains continual dialogue with consumers, parents, care providers, and agencies.
• Completes individual program plans and evaluations.
• Maintains knowledge of the requirements for providing the type of care and supervision needed by consumers, including communication.
• Arranges for special provision for the care and supervision, including health, safety, and guidance of consumers who have special needs.
• Adjusts program to accommodate the needs of all consumers.
• Responsible for the overall safety of your program site.
• Communicates with the licensing agency as required by applicable laws and regulations.
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Acknowledges the receipt of the departments correspondence, deficiency notices, or field reports when the department has requested a response.
• Ensures timely correction of all sites deficiencies.
• Mandating reporting requirements for dependent and elder abuse, as required by WIC Section 15630(b).
• Attend all management meetings, as required and requested.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
• Assumes duties of the Group Supervisor in his / her absence.
• Punctual and regular attendance.

Minimum Qualifications

Education / Experience

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in psychology, social work or a related human services field. Minimum of one (1) year experience in the management of a human services delivery system. Or

Three (3) years of experience in a human services delivery system, including at least one (1) year in management or supervisory position and two (2) years of experience or training in one of the following :

Work Site : Fairmount Resource Center

Direct Report : Director of Programs

FLSA Status : Full time, forty hours per week

Work hours : 7 : 30-4 : 00 pm
