Schedule appointments, provide information to callers, coordinate travel, assist executives with special projects.
Administrative Assistant To President and CEO
Read and route incoming mail.
Compose, type, and review executive correspondence.
File correspondence and maintain electronic records.
Schedule appointments.
Plan events.
Oversee and arrange travel schedule and reservations, in accordance with Atec policy and procedures.
Record minutes of staff meetings.
Create and update Atec forms.
Responsible for providing Atec-wide support for writing projects and special projects.
Manage meeting spaces and hospitality for meetings and Atec guests.
Attend meetings and special events for Executive Team.
Assistance to Project Management Office (PMO).
Assistance to Board Committees.
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization (AS9100 / ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager / supervisor.
Monitor personnel to ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec AS9100 / ISO policies, and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager / supervisor.
Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives.
Understand required AS9100 / ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.
Participate in Atec Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate (including Strategic Planning, AIM, Suggestion box, etc.).
Participate in AS9100 / ISO training as required.
Cooperate with Auditors.
Report any deviations to appropriate area manager / supervisor.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five (5) or more years related experience and / or training; or combination of education and experience.
Notary Public preferred.
Employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
Employee will be exposed to the normal risks of travel.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Extended work hours and / or travel may occasionally be required.
