  • Engineering Proposals : Prepare and present engineering proposals to the Maintenance Review Board (MRB) as needed to support operational improvements.
  • Modifications & Repairs : Develop Engineering Orders (EOs) covering modifications, major alterations, and major repairs, ensuring proper classification and documentation of all work performed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Attend daily Tech Ops meetings and weekly MRB sessions to stay aligned on fleet priorities, initiatives, and ongoing projects.
  • Technical Liaison : Act as a key point of contact with aircraft, engine, and component manufacturers to obtain technical support, data, and engineering solutions.
  • Fleet Reliability Interface : Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions that enhance overall fleet performance.
