Experience : No previous insurance experience required but a desire to learn the industry is essential. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Customer Oriented : Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and meeting clients insurance needs. Adaptability : Ability to understand and apply insurance knowledge to real-world scenarios. Team Player : Willingness to collaborate and work effectively within a sales team. Drive : Self-motivated and eager to achieve sales goals and quotas. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using digital tools for client management and engagement.
