Our Am Law 100 client is seeking an outstanding mid-level associate to join their highly regarded real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience focused on real estate finance, preferably with a large law firm.

In this role, the attorney will primarily advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on mortgage and mezzanine financings on both the borrower and lender side. This position offers the opportunity to develop a varied skill set, collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices, and pursue an achievable path to partnership.

Key Responsibilities :

Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, particularly mortgage and mezzanine financings.

Manage matters with appropriate autonomy and interact directly with clients.

Collaborate with attorneys in other offices on multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate finance documents.

Qualifications :

Minimum of three years of real estate finance experience, preferably at a large law firm.

Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Excellent academic credentials.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation :

Annualized salary range : $260,000 – $390,000 , depending on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
