Were looking for an HR Intern whos passionate about people and wants hands-on experience building strong company culture. This role will support key HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
What Youll Do
As our HR Intern, youll gain practical experience in people operations by :
- Onboarding & Off-boarding :
Prepare onboarding schedules, documentation, and system access for new hires.
Coordinate first day experiences and company-wide introductions.Support off-boarding by managing exit checklists, knowledge transfers, and employee feedback.Culture & Engagement :Help organize company sync meetings, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
Assist in gathering and reporting on employee engagement feedback (eNPS, surveys).Talent Acquisition :Source and screen candidates across job boards and LinkedIn.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Assist in maintaining job postings and candidate pipelines.People Operations Support :Update employee records in HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Notion).
Document HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement.What Were Looking For
Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal).Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.Passion for people, culture, and building great teams.Familiarity with HR systems or recruiting tools (Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, BambooHR) is a plus.What Youll Gain
