Pay Ranges :
Line Cook - $18.25 to $21.00 per hour - pay is determined by prior experiencePrep Cook - $17.75 to $20.25 per hour - pay is determined by prior experienceDishwasher - $16.00 to $18.25 per hour - pay is determined by prior experienceOur Savory Team Members make all our dishes from scratch, with a deep commitment to uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. Execute techniques under the direction of the Sous Chef and Executive ChefPrepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standardsPrepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredientsOperate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers, and other kitchen equipmentEnsure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and foodActively set up and break down workstation and prepare for an upcoming shiftWash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipmentFollow all company safety and security policies and proceduresEnsure adherence to quality expectations and standardsAssisting chefs in preparing food and attending to any culinary tasks that ariseOther duties as assignedSummary of PREP COOKS’ Primary Responsibilities :
Follow prep lists created by chefs.Label and stock all cooking ingredientsComplete all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Head Chef or other kitchen managerWashing, chopping, and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meatsMeasuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredientsAdhere to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standardsKeeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupplyLearn about the cooking methods and techniques employed in the kitchenEnsuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessibleSupervising food and cooling room temperaturesMaintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchenAssisting chefs in preparing food and attending to any culinary tasks that ariseOther related assignments as necessary.Summary of DISHWASHERS’ Primary Responsibilities :
Responsible for proper care and maintenance of the dish machineMust keep a clean supply of dishware, glassware, silverware and adequate supply of utensils and cookware throughout the shiftMust thrive in a fast-paced work environment while adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards for the entire kitchen and dish areaOther duties as assignedEssential Functions / Working Conditions for all Savory Team Positions
