A company is looking for a Medical Director, Patient Safety.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to high-risk clinical events, providing real-time guidance to ensure safe resolutions

Develop and implement patient safety protocols and workflows in collaboration with various teams

Educate and support providers on risk safeguards and ethical care delivery

Required Qualifications

Physician (MD) with 5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience as a psychiatrist

Expertise in managing clinical risk or patient safety concerns, including crisis intervention

Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills for managing complex workflows

Proficiency with Google Workspace and adaptability to new technology

Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
