What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within the financial institution locationReceive, prioritize, and coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm and problem-solving mannerMaintain accurate logs and records of all communications, incidents, and dispatch activitiesProvide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policiesCommunicate clearly and professionally with on-site personnel, management, and emergency responders as appropriateAssist in coordinating emergency response activities and help to deter potential security-related issues through timely and accurate dispatchingSupport Allied Universal team members by relaying critical information and updates regarding ongoing situations within the locationWhat We're Looking For :
Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements :
Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degreeProvide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the clientBe at least 21 years of ageBe comfortable using a computer or tabletHave experience with access control and / or badge systemsBe at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalentAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local lawsAllied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable lawsAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by lawLicensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentA valid driver's license will be required for driving positions onlyWhy Join Us :
