Clinical Lab Analyst

A company is looking for a Clinical Lab Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a quality consultant and subject matter expert in the lab space

Collaborate with technical teams to remediate system issues and assess lab technology needs

Drive improvement activities and coordinate with functional teams to optimize deliverables

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in clinical laboratory settings

Strong understanding of lab workflows and clinical information systems

Experience with LIS implementations and vendor relationships

Familiarity with lab-related modules in systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Sunquest

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
