THE ROLE
You will drive the Manufacturing Test Strategy Development and Scale for Pures Server and Storage products spanning PCBA (L6) and System-level (L10) testing. This is a critical leadership position that directly influences product quality and manufacturing efficiency. You will recruit mentor and lead a high-performing team of Test Development Engineers charting the mission vision and technology roadmap for manufacturing test aligned with the overall product roadmap. This role requires close partnership with Operations and Design Engineering teams to deliver optimal end-to-end test solutions throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and / or equity.

The annual base salary range is :
$193000 - $290000 USD
