Job descriptionGlass Faade surfaces Clean and prepare all window perimeter joints to ensure proper adhesion for the new sealant : Apply approved primer where required by the sealant manufacturer Install backer rod as necessary to achieve the proper joint depth and profile Apply high-performance, commercial-grade silicone sealant uniformly around each window perimeter Tool all joints to ensure a smooth, professional finish and a fully watertight seal Tradesmen+ Rewards Program earn points for hours worked Vacation Pay Health insurance 401(k) profit-sharing savings plan
Apprentice Carpenters Wanted
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Apprentice Carpenters for projects located in the San Diego, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-29 / hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Carpenter Apprentice looking to learn and grow in your trade alongside accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to further your career!
Job Scope :
- Inspect each window perimeter before removal begins
- Carefully remove all existing deteriorated caulking and sealant without damaging :
Window frames
Remove dirt, debris, and any remaining residue
