Senior Analyst, Global Investment Banking, M&A (San Francisco)

Job Description

• What will you do?
• Transaction execution, new business presentations and meetings, and other such duties
• Working with Associates and above in development of pitch books and related client materials
• Developing financial models including three-statement, merger, DCF, accretion / dilution, and detailed financial models evaluating potential transactions
• Sector and company diligence
• Proactively identify operational risks / control deficiencies in the business
• Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
• Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis

Salary and Compensation

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000-$135,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
