Are you a highly skilled and resilient professional with experience managing intense behavioral episodes? We're rapidly expanding our team of dedicated Behavioral Respite Care Providers to deliver essential in-home support to clients and provide much-needed respite for their families. We're actively seeking compassionate individuals ready to make a significant impact.

This isn't just any care role; you'll be working directly with clients in their homes, focusing specifically on behavioral support, de-escalation, and crisis intervention during challenging moments. We need individuals who can confidently and safely navigate intense behavioral episodes and implement tailored behavior treatment plans.

We're Building Our Roster Positions Available Immediately for :

• Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• Behavior Interventionists (BI)
• Behavior Technicians (BT)

What You'll Bring to Our Team :

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

At least one (1) year of prior experience providing direct supervision and specialized services to persons with developmental disabilities in a service level 4-G or higher, specifically in implementing IPP objectives.

Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance from D.O.J. / F.B.I. prior to working with clients.
