Job Position Description :
With a One Team mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our lead technicians lead their teams and assist supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial job sites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our lead technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets them apart from our competitors in the industry!
Responsibilities :
Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the PuroClean brandEffectively perform and document all aspects of the production processesRegular Vehicle and equipment maintenance and organizationWorking with your direct supervisor to ensure team is unified and efficientFollowing all uniform and policy guidelinesAlways leaving job sites with a clean and orderly appearanceDeveloping production expertise through providing servicesMaintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standardEnsure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow techniciansTeam leader, documentation, adjuster calls, and leading other technicians on the job sitesProviding relentless customer service and doing all tasks in The PuroClean Way.Qualifications :
Valid drivers license and High School diploma / GEDIICRC WRT, ASD & AMRT certification(s) or previous mitigation experience helpful (not required)Experience in mitigation, restoration and / or cleaning is helpful but not requiredWillingness for continued learning and growthAttention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipmentAptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating the messageAwareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customersStrength with multitasking, leadership, documentation and handling deadlinesAbility to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of timeWillingness to work on-call shifts and holidays as we are a 24 / 7 / 365 operationBenefits :

Starting rate $23 - 26 / Hour based on experience and $750 sign on bonus after 1 yearThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
