About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated bilingual Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide in-person and virtual therapy to individuals, families, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic, accessible care.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver evidence-based therapy with empathy and cultural humility.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, care managers, and community partners.
• Provide crisis support and brief interventions when needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EHR system.
• Run therapy groups and participate in community mental health programming.
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in mental health.

What You Bring

Bonus if you’re :

➕ Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC)

➕ Experienced with trauma-focused or evidence-based models
