Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university majoring in business or public administration, construction management or a field involving the review of affirmative action programs for compliance with state and federal regulations.Substitution
Experience in monitoring and reviewing affirmative action programs for compliance with state and federal regulations may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.Promotional Requirement
