  • Nursing Shift : Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,760 - $1,890\n

    • \n\nEmergency Room Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience\n
  • Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS\n
  • Experience managing patient ratios of 1 : 4-5\n
  • Proficiency with Cerner or Epic charting systems preferred\n
  • Community hospital experience preferred\n
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical exemptions for flu only)\n
  • Open to first-time travel nurses with 2-3 years of experience\n

  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages\n
  • Perform triage, assessment, and accurate documentation using Cerner\n
  • Administer blood products, IV vasopressors, and sedation as needed\n
  • Care for patients with diverse and complex medical diagnoses\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy\n
  • Maintain infection control standards and isolation precautions\n
  • Participate in scheduled weekend coverage\n
