As a Lead Product Manager in Vivint Technology (VT), you will oversee a team of product managers. The product team is responsible for multiple product(s) and / or capabilities contained within Salesforce; this includes native features, custom-built solutions, and a hybrid of both, integrated into a seamless experience for users. You will be responsible for defining the strategic direction, driving innovation, and ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user experiences. You will manage high-impact projects, lead cross-functional teams, resolve complex challenges, and work closely with product leadership to align product strategies with the company's long-term objectives.

This role demands a unique balance of Salesforce platform expertise, user-centric product thinking, strong team leadership skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative and user-centric products and experiences.

This person should bring product vision that looks beyond what Salesforce offers out-of-the-box, identifying creative and scalable ways to meet user needs through customization, integration, or alternative tools.
