Senior Manager, Product Management (Video Poker)

This role focuses on defining and executing the video poker commercializing strategy across global markets and leading product planning, go-to-market plans, and product strategy initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Overview
Product Strategy plays a critical role in defining and executing our video poker commercializing strategy across global markets. This position will be a key leader within the organization, champion product planning exercises, own the GTM Plan, and define the Product Strategy. This role will partner with various internal groups to deliver best-in-class product offerings to our customers and players.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to define, manage and execute a 3-year product roadmap including game content, hardware, game features, platform and technology enhancements
- Manage the execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and build scalable GTM activities to achieve KPIs
- Identify and oversee opportunities for growth and innovation within products and services
- Collaborate with design, creative, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features and differentiated experiences
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture and promote effective communication across the organization
- Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify areas for product and user experience improvements
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and internal / external partners to align goals
- Define, implement, track and monitor KPIs and analytics to evaluate product performance and drive data-informed decisions
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and ensure compliance
Work Location
This role is hybrid at our Las Vegas or Reno, Nevada office. It is not remote-eligible; we encourage applicants who reside in the Las Vegas or Reno metropolitan areas (or those willing to relocate) to apply.
Minimum Education and Experience
At least 3 years of product management experience focused on customer loyalty, tools, retention and engagement, ideally within the casino gaming or technology industryTrack record of success leading and managing a team of products or projects with capability to lead across different time zonesCreativity and drive toward innovation and differentiationExcellent strategic thinking aligned with business objectives to drive value for customers and the companyStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making using metrics and user insightsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaborationUp-to-date knowledge of casino trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirementsNote : Compensation may include base salary and a Total Rewards package. The starting compensation range is $86,538 to $220,000 USD, with potential variation based on the full background and local pay laws.
