About the Role :

Join the inner circle of two dynamic entrepreneurs leading one of the fastest-growing multi-state companies in the U.S. As an Executive Assistant & Travel House Manager, you will be the trusted right hand to a CEO and her husband, traveling the world and ensuring their professional and personal lives run seamlessly. You'll be working directly with visionary leaders scaling a nine-figure enterprise, traveling between Puerto Rico, the mainland U.S., and luxury international destinations. You'll gain unique exposure to business, culture, and hospitality at the highest level — all while being part of a trusted inner circle.

This role blends executive assistant precision, world-class travel coordination, household management, and healthy meal preparation across multiple residences. The ideal candidate will be polished, detail-obsessed, and thrive in both executive and lifestyle contexts. This is not a standard EA role — it's a career-defining opportunity for someone who loves adventure, luxury travel, and creating order for high-performing leaders.

Key Responsibilities :

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars and inboxes with deep context, judgment, and independence
  • Track action items, deadlines, and priorities without requiring follow-up
  • Work cross-functionally with a team of other employees and company leaders

Travel Management (Global)

  • Plan and execute travel logistics : flights, luxury accommodations, ground transport, and itineraries
  • Prepare residences in advance (groceries, household setup, chef coordination)
  • Accompany principals on extended international stays (U.S., Puerto Rico, Europe, South America)
  • On-site support : check-ins / outs, vendor management, reservations, and day-to-day troubleshooting
  • Grocery shop, oversee laundry, coordinate light housekeeping, and manage lifestyle details during trips
  • Plan and book restaurants, wellness activities, and cultural experiences in advance
  • Household & Property Operations

  • Manage multiple residences in Puerto Rico, Minnesota, and Washington
  • Oversee all aspects of property logistics including car and bike maintenance, utilities, vendors, repairs and services
  • Hire and supervise housekeeping / maintenance staff
  • Pay household bills and track expenses accurately
  • Ensure homes are fully operational whether occupied or vacant
  • Hospitality & Entertaining

  • Plan and execute logistics for dinners, fundraisers, and social gatherings
  • Support hosting of family, friends, and business partners
  • Provide hands-on assistance for private events, including coordination with caterers and vendors
  • Lifestyle & Meal Preparation

  • Prepare simple, fresh, and healthy dinners 3–5 nights per week (light proteins, fresh produce, balanced meals)
  • Stock and prep fresh fruit and vegetables for daily consumption
  • Coordinate private chefs when entertaining or during travel as needed
  • Maintain a household aligned with principals' health-oriented lifestyle
  • Serve as a discreet, trusted confidante who understands preferences, routines, and standards
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : 5+ years in executive support, luxury hospitality, or private household / estate management
  • Languages : Intermediate fluency in Spanish or better required (able to confidently manage errands, vendors, and logistics in Spanish-speaking environments)
  • Travel-ready : Excited by extended stays abroad; passport-ready
  • Skills : Detail-oriented, anticipatory, organized, and proactive
  • Character and Lifestyle fit : Polished, discreet, loyal, and aligned with a high-performance, meritocratic culture. Health-conscious, energetic, and able to keep pace with demanding schedules.
  • Must be a minimum of 25 years of age
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check
