Pay Rate : $2059.15 - $2256.30

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Weaverville and Spruce Pine, NC. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Skilled

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : OT-NC

Preferred Qualifications

Proper State License

Skilled Nursing / long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)

Rehab Optima (Net Health)

COVID-19 Vaccination card / documentation - No Declinations Accepted
