We are Seeking an experienced Service Technician / Lube Tech to join our team. The qualified candidate should meet the following requirements :
- Productivity and ability to stay on task
- 3 years previous automotive maintenance and repair experience
- Formal automotive training preferred
- Virginia state Inspector preferred
- The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation
- May lift objects that weight as much as 50lbs
- Hold a valid driver license
- Must have own set of tools
Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 am- 5pm major holidays paid, PTO, and Aflac Insurance Offered
Responsibilities :
Perform work as requested on the repair orderPerform oil and filter changesPerforming alignmentsReplace windshield wiper bladesPerform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs as neededChecking all fluids and topping off as neededMounting and balancing tiresInspect front suspension componentsRepairing Tires using tire plugs as neededFamiliarity with tire pressure monitoring systems and able to replace and relearn TPMS Sensors as neededLubricates moving parts with specified lubricantsChecking tire pressure and adjusting to the correct pressure for the vehiclePerform tire rotationsChecking Battery Health and replacement of battery if neededInspecting vehicles for oil leaksDocument all work performed on the work orderOperates all tools and equipment in a safe mannerReplace wiper blades and air filtersMaintain a clean and safe shop environmentOther Tasks as assignedSchedule : Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Major holidays paid, PTO and Aflac Insurance Offered
