Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Alumni Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Gastroenterology MD in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, 17701!

About The Position

Requirements : Board Certified, Active Pennsylvania License, ACLS, BLS.

Schedule : 24hr call coverage + rounding. Block needs to start Friday at 5pm and end on the following Friday at 5pm or 8a. Starting January 2026.

Please see below for additional job scope details :

Typical Cases Seen : EGD and Colonoscopies, and EUS and ERCP, if the physicians performs them

8 am rounding + 4-6 outpatient procedures scheduled in endoscopy usually screening colonoscopies

Weekdays : the physician will meet with PA on call at 8am to review patients and round, then will have an average of 5 scheduled outpatient procedures. On call throughout day / evening.

Weekend : Call Coverage, but rounding needed in hospital based on volume / patients.
