POSITION SUMMARY

The Mobility Depot Technician is responsible for accurately configuring, deploying, and tracking mobility devices to meet client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). This role focuses on hands-on fulfillment tasks including working tickets / requests, device staging & kitting services, etc. The technician will work closely with other depot staff, logistics, and client management teams to ensure efficient operations, timely delivery, and high-quality service.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Depot Operations :

• Stage and kit mobility devices according to client specifications.
• Package and ship devices in accordance with company and client guidelines.
• Follow daily task assignments and ensure all work is completed on time to meet SLAs.
