We are seeking a part time passionate and dedicated Middle School Boy's Basketball Assistant Coach who loves the Lord and desire to serve in a Christian school environment. Position Overview :

The Middle School Boy's Basketball Assistant Coach will work closely with the head coach to support and develop the varsity-level middle school volleyball team, fostering both athletic and Christ-centered character. This role assists in skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, while encouraging student-athletes to pursue excellence on and off the court.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the head coach in planning and leading practices, games, and team activities.
• Help teach basketballl fundamentals, techniques, and strategies appropriate for middle school athletes.
• Support the head coach in modeling Christian values to players, parents, and the community.
• Assist with communication between athletes, parents, and school administration.
• Help ensure adherence to Shoreline Christian School and Cascade Middle School League (CMSL) rules.
• Assist with care and management of team equipment and uniforms.
