Family Practice physician job in Indiana :

This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) to join an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana . In this role, youll provide comprehensive primary care services, manage chronic conditions, and advocate for health and wellness in an employer-sponsored environment. Highlights :

• Manage only 10-17 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $270,000 - $285,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Annual bonus
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
