About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Growth to spearhead the expansion of its network, which is dedicated to transforming communities and reshaping systems for a more just and equitable society. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lifecycle strategies for key relationships, driving product-led growth initiatives, and creating strategic partnerships to extend the network's reach. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in growing B2B networks, enterprise technology customer communities, or building complex multi-stakeholder coalitions. The VP of Growth will also be tasked with establishing and tracking KPIs related to network growth, partner acquisition, and revenue, as well as managing a development pipeline for earned revenue growth.
Applicants for the VP of Growth position at the company should have a deep understanding of sales mechanics, revenue modeling, and the ability to translate these into an organizing-centric network-building culture.
