The Georgia Public Defender Council is seeking statewide to recruit Independent Appellate Contract Attorneys. The experienced attorney or law firms will handle individual appellate cases at $5000.00 per case, with extra fees for cases involving over five (5) volumes of transcripts.

Description of Duties : The Georgia Public Defender Council is seeking contractors to handle individual appellate cases. The contractor must be sworn into the Appellate and Supreme Court of Georgia.
