Position Overview

As the HR Manager for the South Division, you will lead the HR strategy and initiatives for multiple operating companies across Kelso from the corporate offices in Salt Lake City (Draper), UT. You will partner with company leaders to build a high-performing workforce and culture that drives business success. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you will impact business outcomes by unlocking the full potential of our people.
