Job description

Caregiving House Team Lead

Our client, a healthcare provider specializing in supportive residential care, is seeking a Caregiving House Team Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, compassion, and a commitment to creating a positive environment. Location : Minong, WI. Pay Range : $16 / hr. Shifts : AM (7am-3pm), PM (3pm-11pm), Overnight (11pm-7am).

What's the Job?

  • Lead and support staff in providing high-quality care to residents in a residential setting.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including MARs, checklists, and charts in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Order medications and manage medication records, ensuring proper disposal of expired or discontinued medications.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Background in healthcare, such as assisted living, long-term care, or home health care, is advantageous.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and physical mobility.
