We are growing and seeking a seasoned Partner to join and help lead our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on delivering world-class transaction advisory services to a diverse client base including private equity firms, independent sponsors, search funds, and founder-led businesses.
As a senior member of the firm, you’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive strategic growth, manage complex transactions, and mentor a team of high-performing professionals. This position offers the opportunity to influence the direction of the TAS practice, build deep client relationships, and expand market presence.
Responsibilities :
Lead buy-side and sell-side Quality of Earnings (QoE) engagements across a range of sectors including manufacturing, distribution, construction, tech, healthcare, and more
Collaborate with other firm leaders to shape the strategic vision and growth of the TAS practice
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct involvement in engagements and business development activities
Ensure exceptional execution across engagements by managing teams, timelines, and budgets
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and cross-sell services across the firm’s offerings
Mentor and lead professionals across all levels, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of client service and integrity
What You'll Need to be Successful :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in transaction advisory or related fields, with at least 15 years of overall professional experience
Proven leadership capabilities in managing large-scale projects and mentoring teams
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive business development initiatives
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Commitment to high ethical standards and continuous improvement
