Overview

Elite B2B sales role in Southern Miami-Dade County, FL. Base pay range provided : $110,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr. This role focuses on construction monitoring and related services for high-value projects.

What We Sell

Construction Monitoring and related services, including engineering reports (Milestone / Recertification, Phase 1 & 2) and reserve studies (30-year condo budgeting). You will be selling critical compliance, prevention, and CYA for boards and managers.

What You Need

  • 3+ years B2B sales (Construction, Insurance, HOA = ).
  • Serious work ethic & self-discipline.
  • Executive presence in boardrooms, luncheons, cold calls.
  • CRM + Google Sheets fluency.
  • Driver's license + vehicle.
  • Coachability : we'll train you like a pro, but only if you show up hungry.

How You Operate

  • Mon & Fri : Remote days. CRM grind. 100+ follow-ups. Decision-driving.
  • Tue-Thu : Field days. 15+ office visits / day. In the trenches.
  • Target : Property managers and CAMs managing condos.
  • 10-12 deals / month = serious commission.
  • Build pipeline, pitch like a boss, close deals, get paid.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • First-Year OTE : $110K-$140K = Solid; $140K-$175K = Strong; $175K+ = BEAST.
  • Uncapped commission.
