RFC Training Lead
The RFC Training Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective training programs for all warehouse staff. This role ensures that new and existing employees are properly trained in safety protocols, equipment operation, inventory processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with hands-on warehouse experience.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver training programs for onboarding, equipment operation, safety procedures, and SOP compliance.
- Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress through training programs.
- Provide hands-on training for warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and WMS.
- Train employees on inventory control processes, shipping / receiving, order picking, packing, and staging.
- Collaborate with supervisors and management to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through retraining, coaching, and process education.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and quality standards.
- Act as a mentor and resource for new hires during their onboarding period.
- Assist in developing training materials, manuals, job aids, and visual instructions.
- Supports a safety culture through demonstrative leadership and ownership in keeping our employees and partners safe in all activities.
- Lead and provide oversight to Warehouse Associates in the proper execution of all established quality, safety, and sanitation practices of warehouse operations.
- Actively communicate with site leadership and support those roles in accomplishing operational goals.
- Perform normal operational duties when necessary (i.e. selecting, forklift operations, loading, etc.)
About You :
Warehouse leadership experience, or other related experience preferred.Able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and turn body as needed for 8-10 hours per day.Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.Physically able to safely operate MHE in the RFC, including sitdown, standup, and various lengths of pallet jacks.Able to read and write legibly, demonstrate basic math skills, and communicate effectively.Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.Good organizational and time management skills.Able to work overtime as needed.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
