This position is within the Long-Term Innovation (LTI) team with responsibility for assigned projects & various initiatives contributing to the top line business growth of the future. Responsibility also includes organizing creative events to support driving an innovative mindset & culture throughout the organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate while coordinating external and internal resources in needed in addition to leading technically challenging projects.

The successful candidate will serve as an example of a best-in-class innovative interdisciplinary risk taker.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming with the New Product Development & Engineering Resource Center teams to discover new solutions and approaches to old problems
• Manage projects of varied sizes and types concurrently
• Research innovative products & services aimed at enhancing the company's offering
• Build "Best of Hub" via reviewing current internal processes and documenting best practices
• Search for ideas and new technologies outside the company
• Facilitate internal meetings effectively
• Periodic travel may be required
