Proper Hospitality is seeking a commercially-driven Regional Group & Event Sales Manager to generate group room and event revenue across three distinct lifestyle properties: Hotel June West L.A., Avalon Palm Springs, and Ingleside Estate.
Position Overview
This is an individual contributor role designed for a proven on-property seller ready to step into a multi-property position. The role carries a personal booking goal for Group Rooms and Events and is responsible for managing the full sales cycle through contract execution, before handing off confirmed programs to on-property sales and events teams.
Based in Los Angeles, the role supports multiple markets and includes regular travel for client meetings, site inspections, and large-scale events. Success in this role is defined by consistently achieving sales goals and meeting KPIs set by sales leadership.
