Job descriptionPrepare ingredients and menu items according to Wingstop's recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas. Assist in cooking and assembling orders during peak hours. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met. Stock and replenish supplies as needed throughout the shift. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills. Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Passion for food and commitment to quality service.
