Construction Manager

Construction Manager

Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction. Oversee subcontractors, site contractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Conduct field inspections. Prepare estimates and track project costs. Review and approve invoices. Prepare and supervise project close-out, including punch lists and final approvals.

Qualifications :

5+ years of commercial construction management. Manage multiple projects at once. Must hold a current Construction Supervisor's License (CSL).

Job Type & Location :

This is a permanent position based out of North Reading, MA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 / yr. 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance.

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in North Reading, MA.
