Payroll / Accounts Payable Specialist

ANALYGENCE is seeking a Payroll / Accounts Payable Specialis t who is highly motivated and brings a positive & adaptable approach to the team. As an integral member of our accounting division, the Payroll Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and profitability of our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for all accounts payable activities and payroll functions. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

• Payroll :

Process a semi-monthly payroll for all employees.

Process and verify invoices for payment.

Assist with general ledger entries and reconciliations.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Competencies :

Intermediate / advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
