Job descriptionAssist the Business Office with deal compliance, accounting schedules, and reconciliations Process and audit vehicle deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and manufacturer standards Support month-end and year-end closing as needed Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation in Excel Collaborate with accounting and sales departments to resolve discrepancies Provide administrative support and maintain organized, up-to-date records Uphold the companys high standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality Prior automotive business office or administrative experience required Strong knowledge of deal compliance, schedules, and general ledger functions Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy Experience with CDK (ADP) and / or Advent preferred Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration!
