Company Description

This position is responsible for the management of the skilled unit in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, individualized nursing care to assigned residents, including pain management, oxygen therapy, wound care, and incontinence management.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs; develop and implement care plans accordingly.
- Ensure accurate medication administration and proper documentation of all nursing interventions.
- Supervise nursing team members, delegate tasks, and ensure quality care delivery.
- Monitor and manage material resources necessary for resident care.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies and life-threatening situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic resident care, including participation in activities and proper nutrition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, monthly summaries, and resident records.
Qualifications
Education Station : Got a Bachelor's Degree? You're on the right track! If not, no worries we're cool with a combo of experience and smarts that'll knock our socks off.Nursing Know-How : Are you a nursing ninja? That's what we're after!Time in the Trenches : At least 1 year of experience.Specialty Sauce : Skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting experience.License to Thrill : RN license from an accredited school.Lingo Skills : English fluency that'll make {NAME} proud.Tech Wizardry : Basic computer skills.Superpowers We'd Love :Organization skills that would make {NAME} jealous.Ability to juggle tasks like a circus pro and beat deadlines like they owe you money.Bonus Round :A positive attitude that's more contagious than a yawn in a boring meeting.Professionalism that would make {NAME} say, "Now that's smooth!"Additional Information
