Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in the Boston, MA area. This contract position is scheduled for the current school year (CSY), offering a dynamic environment to apply applied behavior analysis principles within educational programming.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform treatment strategies.
Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outes.
Provide training and ongoing supervision to paraprofessionals and support staff.
Ensure pliance with ethical guidelines and maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.

Qualifications and Experience :

Valid BCBA certification required.

Experience working with children and adolescents in K-12 educational settings preferred.

Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis methodologies and evidence-based interventions.

Excellent munication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
