Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in the Boston, MA area. This contract position is scheduled for the current school year (CSY), offering a dynamic environment to apply applied behavior analysis principles within educational programming.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outes.
  • Provide training and ongoing supervision to paraprofessionals and support staff.
  • Ensure pliance with ethical guidelines and maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Valid BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in K-12 educational settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis methodologies and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent munication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
