Junior Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Junior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement frameworks to collect and organize program-related data

Create and manage surveys to evaluate program effectiveness and stakeholder engagement

Analyze survey results to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree required (recent graduates encouraged to apply, or a High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience)

Minimum of 6 months of experience in data analysis

Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and survey platforms (e.g., Microsoft Forms)

Experience managing SharePoint sites and publishing content for diverse audiences

Ability to assess and evaluate data collection methods and sources for feasibility and completeness
