River Valley Lawnscape is seeking an experiencedSnow Removal Operatorto join our team for the winter season in Red Wing, MN. This position involves operating a plow truck to clear snow from parking lots, driveways, and roadways in a safe and efficient manner. Work hours will vary depending on snowfall, with typical shifts lasting 410 hours during and after snow events. Responsibilities :

• Safely and efficiently operate snowplow trucks and related equipment
• Clear snow from assigned properties and ensure safe access for vehicles and pedestrians
• Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed
• Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections
• Communicate with supervisors or dispatch regarding route completion and conditions

Qualifications :

Previous experience operating a snowplow for snow removal (required)

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as weather requires

Reliable, safety-minded, and punctual

Compensation :

$30 / hour

Paid for actual hours worked (410 hour shifts depending on snow events)
