Position Description

Vantage is looking for a Construction Manager to manage and drive success on new and ongoing, small, medium-to-large-sized construction projects. The position covers all aspects of a construction project. Areas of expertise require autonomy and independent discretion in the following areas :

• RFP development and overall project budgeting
• Pre-bid oversight and coordination
• Managing all design phases and documents
• Customer engagement for sales and fulfillment of requirements
• Coordination and supervision of design-build contractors
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Oversight of physical construction activities
• Participation in commissioning
• Hand-off of physical data center and project documents to operations
