This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between clients, technicians, and management while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, ensuring prompt response times for emergency and non-emergency inquiries.
- Marketing and sales support, web updates, social media posting, and flyer development
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking detailed messages, and routing calls appropriately.
- Accurately enter job details, customer information, and service requests into our system.
- Support the office team with administrative tasks, including organizing paperwork, filing, and compliance checks.
- Follow up on invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
What We're Looking For
