A prominent firm in real estate investment and privateequity is looking for a Director of Finance. This role will manage corporateaccounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and investment activitiesacross both real estate and private equity portfolios. The position carriessignificant leadership responsibilities, overseeing operations at thecorporate, fund, property, and tax levels, with opportunities to expand as newfunds are introduced.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise corporate accounting,financial reporting, and tax compliance for corporate entities and realestate assets
• Manage accounting and reportingprocesses for open-ended funds and REITs
• Lead and develop the finance team,including the Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, and AP / ARManagers
• Ensure proper oversight of internalcontrols, audits, and SEC compliance for real estate and fund operations
• Analyze and review quarterly financialstatements and ensure compliance with debt covenants for real estate funds
